When I called to complain the manager said there's nothing he can do!! Workers were neat and professional and we are very happy with the finished look. I thought I was buying a stress-free experience. Billed as "the best", they painted over nails fixed upon request, but do you really have to request that?!? and various other behaviors that lacked professionalism. It's been 6 months and I'm still pretty annoyed about it all. The last individual project mgr? responded to the problem of paint on our wallpaper and resolved the problem.
